Ein Ding mehr (One More Thing) is a performance especially created for this exhibition event. The artists adopt poses and expressions rooted in traditions of pictorial representation and anatomical idealism, reinstating their conventions. It results in an artificial game, playing out the tension between the urge to reconstruct something and the physical impossibility to do so. While the artists’ postures evoke artistic traditions, it remains clear that the poses are out of context.
